Bouquet Subscription Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Dirty Hoe Flower Farm Flower Bouquet Subscription, either for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions as the recipient:

TERMS

I understand that Dirty Hoe Flower Farm offers a limited number of Bouquet Subscriptions and that, by purchasing a Bouquet Subscription, my spot has been reserved for me as a Subscriber. There are no refunds for cancellation of my Bouquet Subscription once purchased. As a Subscriber, I may transfer my Bouquet Subscription to someone else by sending an email to ann@dirtyhoeflowerfarm.com.

I understand that if I am gifting the Bouquet Subscription, it is my responsibility to provide my recipient with the Terms of the Subscription (this document) as well as the instructions on how to pick up their Bouquet (Both document links are provided in the order confirmation email.)  

I understand that my Bouquet Subscription includes four Mixed Bouquets over an eight week Subscription Period. I understand that there is no specific stem count in each Bouquet, as the cost of production and the market value of a stem varies widely based on the type of flower. Dirty Hoe Flower Farm guarantees that each Subscription Bouquet will have a market value equal to or greater than the price I paid. If Dirty Hoe Flower Farm is unable to harvest high-quality blooms as planned for my pre-paid subscription, my Subscription Period will be extended by two weeks in order to replace the missed bouquet.

SUBSCRIPTION START DATE

I understand that, while my Subscription has a planned Start Date, Dirty Hoe Flower Farm reserves the right to change the Subscription Start Date based on external factors such as weather conditions that delay crop bloom times. 

BOUQUET PICK UP

I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my Subscription Bouquet at the location for which I subscribed and during the pre-scheduled Pickup Window. The Pickup Window begins when the Retail Location opens for business on the pre-scheduled Pickup Date and ends when the Retail Location closes business the following day. I understand that if I am unable to pick up my Subscription Bouquet, I may designate someone else to pick up on my behalf. I understand that if my Bouquet is not claimed by me or someone designated by me during the pre-scheduled Pick Up Window, I will forfeit that Bouquet. I understand that Dirty Hoe Flower Farm and its associated retail pick up locations cannot accommodate pickups outside of the pre-scheduled Pick Up Window for which I subscribed. 

I understand that I am to serve myself at the time of pickup. I shall select one of the available Bouquets and sign my name on the Pickup List to confirm that I have received my Bouquet. I agree to be polite and respectful of the staff and customers where I pick up my Bouquet.  If for any reason my Bouquet is not available at my designated pick up location (ie. theft,) Dirty Hoe Flower Farm will refund you for the price of one Subscription Bouquet.

COMMUNICATION

I understand that Dirty Hoe Flower Farm will communicate with me via email. By purchasing a Bouquet Subscription, I agree to add ann@dirtyhoeflowerfarm.com to my email contacts. Dirty Hoe Flower Farm will not be held responsible for emails not delivered. It is my responsibility to contact Dirty Hoe Flower Farm if I have not received any email communication within two weeks of the expected Start Date (Location/pick up days are listed on the website under the Product Description, and specific dates and time frames are included in the order confirmation email). I agree to forfeit any Bouquet not picked up due to missed email communications or for any reason whatsoever. 

FLOWER CARE

I understand that flowers are a perishable product, with a variable vase life of 3-6+ days. I understand that Dirty Hoe Flower Farm harvests flowers in peak condition within a day or of each previously scheduled pickup date. Dirty Hoe Flower Farm provides flower care instructions upon purchase of a Bouquet Subscription. Dirty Hoe Flower Farm will not be held responsible for poor vase life or flower quality due to improper flower care once I have taken possession of my Bouquet.

REWARDS AND RISKS

I understand that as a Subscriber, I share both the rewards and the risks of farming. I understand that the rewards include incredibly fresh, gorgeous, and premium high quality flowers, and the risks include poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or extreme pest pressure, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster. I understand that in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, natural disasters, extreme pest pressure, drought, floods, or loss of crops or crop failure for any reason at all may result in the delayed receipt of my Bouquet(s) by weeks or, in the case of total loss of all crops, by one full calendar year.
